Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to main routes and attractions, such as Alton Towers and the Wedgwood Museum. While the rooms were cozy, the air conditioning unit was noisy and took a while to warm up. The Harvester restaurant nearby offers a handy breakfast buffet before a day of adventure.
The hotel room with a disabled bathroom/wetroom made life very easy for me with my disabilities, although there was a slight smell of damp. The room was nice and clean, but a little cramped for two big men. Only having one small chair in the room was not the best, and the breakfast time wasn't great. The lift was slow and out of order for a while. Overall, this Holiday Inn was below par compared to others I've stayed in.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The room was comfortable with a great bed and amenities, but the lingering smell of cigarettes was a downside. The location was suitable for our needs, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. The dining experience was mixed, with some satisfaction but also points for improvement.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and easy access to the hotel from the route. The rooms were a little on the small side for 4 people but very clean, and the first night there was a leak. Overall, it was a nice stay with good amenities.
Our stay at the Holiday Inn was a mix of positives and negatives. The family room was clean and equipped with everything we needed, but the strong smoke smell was a downside. The late food availability was a disappointment after being assured of service until 8 pm.
The hotel provides a decent stay for the price paid. The rooms have a comfortable bed, but the sofa bed is not up to par, and the bathroom needs improvement. Breakfast is basic, and service could be more attentive. The location is convenient for Alton Towers but lacks dining options. Value for money is questionable given the quality of the hotel.
